Custom Mailer Boxes
Custom corrugated mailer boxes for products and kits.
Combine printed branding with a box designed around your packed product. We help you choose board, closure and inserts, then check fit, packing and any shipping protection needed for your delivery route.

Design for the route, not just the empty box
Start with the maximum product envelope, weight, fragile points, number of components, and acceptable movement. A printed mailer may travel by itself, inside a master carton, or inside another protective layer. Each route changes what the board, closure, and insert must do.
A larger box can increase empty space, insert material, storage, and dimensional freight. A smaller box can make packing difficult or put pressure on the product. Compare the full packed system, not only the box unit price.
Parcel role
Consider a mailer when the same package may need to present and contain a product during shipment. Confirm the handling route and whether an outer shipper remains necessary.
Kits and subscriptions
Plan component order, insert retention, printed surfaces, instructions, and changes between variants before fixing the box size.
Packing operation
Check assembly, loading, closure, label placement, and returns. A closure that works in a sample may still need a repeatable packing method.
Protection evidence
Board thickness or flute name alone does not prove transit suitability. Review the actual packed product and agree any required route-specific checks.
Where this box sits in the packaging system
Read from the outer layer toward the packed product. Each layer is reviewed against the product and delivery route.

Frequently asked questions
Which flute should I choose?
The answer depends on the product, box dimensions, board combination, required stiffness, print appearance, and route. Available profiles and their limits must be confirmed for the project.
Can a printed mailer ship without another carton?
Possibly, but printed surfaces, labels, closure, product movement, and expected arrival condition need review. Do not treat an untested empty mailer as proof of protection.
Will an insert reduce shipping cost?
An insert can restrain a product, but it also adds material and packing work and may change dimensions. Compare the assembled shipment and rate basis.
What are the MOQ and production time?
A run of 10 mailer boxes can be arranged for suitable configurations, but the unit price is very high at that quantity. Production timing depends on the specification, order quantity, and current schedule. Request a project-specific quotation and keep transport time separate.
